One potential weakness with high performance engines lies in the possibility of damage to pistons and piston rods as a result of piston pin flex. CMW stops this threat with our own Ultralite Wrist Pins. CMW Pins prevent flex and are wear and shock resistant at increased operating tempatures. The hard chrome finish helps maintain hardness and wearability for a low friction coefficient. Our wrist pins are 40 percent lighter than stock for reduced rotating mass and quicker throttle response. All of our Ultralite pin sets have been carefully matched and balanced.
